The EC Data Availability Tool provides information about the time periods for which Encumbrance Certificate data is available for different locations in Tamil Nadu. This tool helps you determine whether EC data exists for a specific village or area before making a request, saving you time and effort.

How to Use This Tool

1. Quick Search: Start typing a village name in the search box to search across ALL villages in Tamil Nadu. The results will show the Zone, District, and SRO for each village.
2. Filtered Search: Select Zone, District, and Sub Registrar Office (SRO) from the dropdown menus to narrow down your search to a specific area.
3. View Availability: The table displays villages along with the date ranges for which EC data is available.

Understanding Data Availability

For each village, the tool shows:

• Availability Periods: The specific date ranges for which EC data is available. Some villages may have multiple periods if there were gaps in record-keeping.
• Status: Indicates whether EC data is currently available or if availability ended on a specific date.

If a village does not appear in the list, it means there is no EC data available for that location in our records.
